The latest Pasqual's restaurant opened during 2004 in the friendly and fast growing town of Verona. The new restaurant is wheel chair accessible, ideal for families, and has efficient carry out service.

Pasqual's proudly serves the best made to order southwestern cuisine in the Madison area, including plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. Everyday we also make fresh our famous salsa, guacamole, and tortilla chips which are available in the restaurant and also pre-packed for sale in our deli.

This location is also home to gallup!!! coffee & bakehouse which serves locally roasted Ancora coffee along with made from scratch bakery. The gallup!!! cafe opens every morning at 6:30 and 7:00 on Sundays.
