Pasqual's is Madison's original southwestern restaurant know for it's fresh guacamole, fabulous margaritas and friendly service. The original Pasqual's was established in 1985 by a local family and is still located on Monroe Street in the historic Dudgeon-Monroe neighborhood.

All 3 Pasquals locations are owned by Ben Roberts, an original Pasqual's employee.  Since purchasing the restaurants he has strived to bring the restaurant back to its roots by reincorporating the original recipes that brought the southwest to the midwest.

In 2004 when Pasqual's expanded to its Verona Wisconsin  the Roberts family also opened gallup!!! coffee & bake house which serves locally roasted Ancora coffee and fresh made from scratch bakery.
